What's the best way to remove tire residue from the paint

What's the best way to remove tire residue from the paint I've always had a rough time getting off the left over tire from the track. Anyone have suggestions for removing it easily.

I've used bug/tar remover on mine. It takes time. Just keep folding the rag over to a clean area every so often. It seems to help some.
A friend of mine sprays pam behind the tires and the burnt rubber won't stick.
