Help deciding what seats???
Well I was going to go with 4th gen seats but I got a sponsorship so Im looking to decide between two Recaro seats..
This one is flashier but I like the flexability of the pass throughs.. (i could also get this in black like the second seat)
Or I could go with what was in my old SS.. I think this sytle of seat fits the car better but no pass throughs...
http://www.recaro-seats.com/recaro_style.htm
im leaning tword the "style" model but maybe a little more flash is needed.. hmmm
Opinions???
Oh, and for those that missed it.. the car will be painted blue pearl with spiral grey stripes

I like the seats in the picture better. But hey, that's me.
I don't think many aftermarket seats look too at home in muscle cars. It'll probably depend how they are covered. Me.. I'd want a Recaro style seat, recovered in an OEM style vinyl to match everything else in the car...
OR, are you going with a full custom interior.. i.e., door panels, recoverd rear seats, etc? If so, then I like the seats in the picture, with the rest of interior done to match. I think would look good. Looks like they would match your blue/spiral gret color theme too. Dash is going to be spiral grey right? Nice.

Yep, dash will be spiral grey..
I think the shape of the Style seats fit the car better.. 69 cars had headrests so they fit.. and while they are a subtle mix of greys and blacks the RECARO stitching would be in blue to tie to the car.
Hey Jon.. want a set of 4th gen front seats to get covered in factory houndstooth? (from year one)..
Thanks for the opinions people..

Thanks Steve, but I think I'm going to stick with my stock interior for awhile. Stock seats have been re-covered with new foam, and look great for now. I really want to get my suspension upgraded first. HAL coil overs, Tubular uppers, and some multi leafs first. Then some rims to replace the Torq Thrusts. I'm taking this air cleaner in to be chromed too. Won't start messing with the interior for awhile. When I do, I think a nice set of Recaros is what I want to do. Like the one pictured above. Then take them over to Stitch Craft to be custom covered.
