Any way to make a trophy mat flat again?

Any way to make a trophy mat flat again? My brother got a ceta and the trophy mat it came with is curled up around the edges. Ive been trying to get it flat again but im not having any luck. Today it'll be sitting in the sun upside down all day and i'll see what that does. Anyone else have this problem and have any remedies? Thanks
I'm not sure if this would work, but it's what I would try.
1. Use a heat gun to heat it up around the edges - get it nice and hot without getting too close.
2. Lay something big, flat, and heavy on it.
3. Repeat.
4. Hope.

yea thats kinda what im trying just using the sun all day. its almost like its shrunk though. Seems like theres extra carpet on the back. Its not tight. Might just needa find another one
