how to fill in holes on spoiler?? help!

If I were you I'd pick up another used z-28 spoiler on ebay or a junk yard. I've seen them go for $15.00 before. Your color is pretty rare, so you'll probably have to have it painted to match. But, at least you won't have to go thru the hassle of filling in the holes.
