Well since I posted this a while back, lots of things have changed. First I decided I'd get these instead: https://ls1tech.com/forums/wheels-tires/120928-torque-thrust-ii-alternative.html (the gray powdercoated ones). A set of those is actually cheaper than powercoating my wheels.

Recently though, my wife and I came up with a new plan. I'm going to hold off on car mods for a while (besides fixing the things that need to be fixed such as the suspension), pay off our debts and get our credit in order so that in a year or so, I can get a used C5 Corvette and she'll get my car and her money can go toward whatever wheels that she wants.
