Has anyone used one of those shamwow shammy's? My uncle got a bunch of them and wants me to buy one. Are they good or bad?

it is basically a big piece of felt. I bought some and was pretty disappointed with the quality. They are okay when used to clean up spills, etc. but I would not put them anywhere near my car.

Waffle weave MF is a much better choice for paint.

seem to leave little water droplets on my paint. It didnt scratch it or leave swirls, but its no chamois.
