Since you got a cage and can race at other places you still gotta come back to Hub every now and then. and maybe one day I'll be able to smoke yer ***!!!
It's a weld in cage so I guess powdercoating is out. I'll mostly be racing at No Problem Raceway in Donaldsonville,LA, but will definitely make some trips up to Hub City on Sundays.

If your worried about scratchin the door beams just make a couple covers to wrap them (wrap around with Velcro).. you could make the cover out of the same material as your seats.. should look good AND protect the door beams from scratches (you could take off the covers at a show or such).. Just some ideas
The carpet is only going to hide the 6 pts to the floor, but the rear bars, side bars, and crossbar are going to be welded to the main hoop. No way to hide that other then touch up paint. I don't think you can "touch up" a poweder coat.

The NHRA rulebook states that anywhere you helmet could contact has to have roll bar padding on it. If you put some directly behind your head then you might consider getting a color that matches your interior and putting it on the part you might touch getting in the car. This would prevent scratches and add another color to the interior. Maybe paint is silver and use a contrasting color padding. Not something you have to do but definitely an idea
