Its a custom little circuit put together by my friend EVH.
It uses a little micro processor, an LED controller, and a handful of resistors and transistors.

dude your set up looks pretty sweet too. very clean.
I couldnt find a pre-made LED light bar that was divided how I wanted. So I just made one... I needed to have it set up with several different groups of LEDs to get the effects to work out right.
