I will be posting a guide to change everything soon. Lately ive been working on my girlfriends 2007 eclipse. Her stock lighting is blue and Ive changed everything to purple and pink (buttons light pink when pushed). I think im the first person ever to do that with the new eclipses. 4g eclipses havnt even begun to do much custom stuff. I shouldnt feel so proud of myself though lol us Ls1tech-ers have been doing this stuff for awhile plus we got the know-how ......ANYWAY (sorry, I had to tell you guys I was excited) I will also be posting a guide how to put leds in your interior "camaro" nameplate on the dash. I got alot of work to do! lol

Can anyone take a pic of what the base of the needles look like when off of the cluster? Are LS1 and LT1 the same?

Can someone take a pic for me, please?

Anyone know which one is the brights now? There are 2 really close to each other and I'm thinking it's the lower one because the top one feels like it may be behind my bird emblem where RPM's would be.

Im pretty sure it goes like this.
RED- Back lighting
GREEN- Turing signal indicators
BLUE- High beam indicators

And these are the bulbs i use for the turning and high beam indicators. When installed these i lost my dimming function however.

Anyone have any pics of the blue leds lit up? I am looking for a set that will match the blue of my humount and Pioneer head unit but these seem to be a darker blue.

I have blue as my brights indicator and that is about the same blue as the blue on your Camaro badge in your sig.

Hmm, guess it isn't as dark as I was thinking. I might have to give them a shot when my Mcnord gauge overlay goes in.

Black Cat Customs sells a full replacement with any font , color pignmentation or graphic as well .

Nice on the LED's , it turned out realy good . The newer surface mounts on the boards are nice . Its cool you dont have to solder in a bunch of LED's for uniform color anymore .

Looks great

Here's what i just ordered from superbrightleds.com:

5 - Cool White WLED-CWHP6 (to light the cluster)
2 - Green WLED-GHP6 (turn signals)
1 - Blue WLED-BHP6 (high beam indicator)
1 - Cool White 74-CWHP3 (Auto tranny gear indicator)

I can't wait to install them!

I'm gonna chime in here. I replaced all 8 of my bulbs with these WLED-xHP6's and mine most definitely will dim.

Not only do they dim, but the map and dome lights, which are now LEDs, still do that factory fade out when I close my doors.

100% true!! Check out our site. In the forum, we have a lighting section. It's got all the info for the LED's we use on our McNord overlays. They dim and are plug and play. We use the xHP6's because they give you 360 degrees of lighting WITHOUT a top mount LED.....because top mount LED's create a "hotspot" when installed. The HP6's are a smooth, even light distribution.
