Default Corbeau GTS II

Anyone running these seats, in any of their cars? I have an opportunity to pick up a NEW set for dirt cheap, and was thinking about using them in my 69 for daily driving, and recovering them to match the stock vinyl.. maybe with some cloth inserts and doing the rears to match.

But regardless, if anyone has them, or has sat in them, let me know what you think..

Thanks!
Jon

Can you get TWO sets of those???

I would leave them in the material and do the backs to match.. more comphy that way..

I ran Corbeaus in my 67 and they were nice.. not as wiz-bang as the Recaros but very nice for the price

I found a guy selling a set he had in his 69Z. He hardly drove the car, and now is replacing them with stock seats. Sorry Steve. Still need to pick up that radiator from you too. Going to be gone this weekend though.. Super Chevy Vegas.

I want to have them recovered with black vinyl and black suede inserts, with the rears to match.

I just hope they aren't too high.

Jon,

No prob on the seats.. Is it ok for you to get the radiator after Dec 6th? If you dont get it this weekend then you cant have it then since we are moving and stuff will be in storage.. call me and let me know.. also I can give you my "good deal" prices on Intro wheels (including the same ones Nine Ball runs on his 69)

I'm running those seats. They are comfy as hell compared to the stock seats in my Camaro and provide great lateral support. The lumbar support is also worth the little extra. Definitely worth the money, even better when you get them dirt cheap.

Steve,
After Dec. 6th is good with me, if you don't mind storing it? I just don't know when I could come by... what with Vegas this weekend, and Thanksgiving the next. Man, that must suck moving over the holidays. And I'm really interested in the Intro deal. Same wheels NineBall has would be sweet!

Johnny, Thanks for the info on the seats. I think I just might..
