Do a google search for "Astro Eraser Pads". It's basically a giant eraser that you put into a drill and it rubs the adhesive off the car for you. My friend did his SS w/ this and it works INCREDIBLY well. No need for heating up the molding either. Just put a plastic bondo blade behind the molding, get an edge up and pull it right off (slowly). You'll have a shitload of adhesive left on the car, but this stuff takes it right off. Then just clean w/ some quick detail. You can have a whole car done in about 30 min or less.

*haha edit* ^^^ what he said, just beat me to it.

Careful not to heat up the clear too much with the eraser discs and burn the clear. Hard to do but still can happen. They will get the majority of the double sided tape off but sometimes still leaves a little. But they sure save your thumbs and is a lot faster!
3M Geral Purpose Adhesive Remover works good also for removing the remainder. Thats what Ive used in the body shops Ive worked in.

I used a heat gun and my thumbs to get off most of it. Then goo gone. Worked great.

Ohh and btw if you don't have a heat gun, go buy one. It's kinda like insurance, you don't use it much but when you need it, your glad you have it.
