Relocating Grounds??

Relocating Grounds?? Have a question about the passenger side grounds.. I've provided 2 pictures. The stock location, and the new (possible) location I would like to relocate it to.
My question is.. I think this hole is too big to screw the grounding nut into.. so can I mount one ground on the top side, and the other on the bottom, and tighten it up from both sides to keep it secure, while maintaining a good grounding??
If this won't work, let me know why, and where is a good place to put them. I have other bolts down there but they are all painted, and I know I could just rub some paint off, but I wanted to try this first, thanks!
