Default Corbeau seats

I am thinking of getting a Corbeau Carrera seat to replace my stock drivers seat. I already have a cage with door bars welded in the car. The bars were bent to accomodate the stock seat bolsters. The corbeau website says that the seats are 21.5" wide at the widest point. Does anyone run this set up in an F-body{93-02}? Also with the Corbeau brakets will the seat sit lower than the stock seat? Lastly does anyone have anything against using a Corbeau seat? Thanks. I only drag race but I would like a comfortable seat with back adjustments that has harness holes.

I'm not sure of the dimesions on these seats, but I can tell you this, they are really nice seats. My friend had a pair in his Mustang and these seats were comfortable! I will be purchasing a pair for my car shortly. ThunderRacing has great prices on these seats.

They are really nice seats but I just personally dont see the point.. They weight in at around 27 lbs each and another 8 lbs for the mounting bracket.
Nice, but not worth it for weight reduction.
IMO: Forza would be the best weighing in at around 16 lbs each.
