if all of your lights are flashing, then your turn and parking lights are shorted out on each other.... just have to find out where they are touching at, separate, and all should be good

Thanks! Everything works great, no diodes, no load resistors, etc. All I needed was to separate my short in the bulb. The parking lights and turn signals have to be separated (in the bulb). And the only thing I made sure to have was that EL-12 LED Flasher unit. It had another number on it, but it's the equivalent.. Cf12.. something...

I'll definitely get some pictures up on here, this weekend. It's not the prettiest job I've ever done (on the inside). But it still looks great and is functioning exactly as planned!

Yeah I read that can't wait to see! I was only searching for a pic of swapping LEDs for bulbs but found that a bulb will be brighter than a single led. But then saw this, looks alot better wish I could do it but I don't have the ends $ right now for that haha.

Going to bump this up. Thanks to FrankSS for this idea,
i went on search for empty bulb base/socket for 3157 bulb in our DRLs and found this.

I ordered it, and what it seems like I 'll be able to the wire the led strips into this base and plug into the factory drl socket.

so my next question is that since LEDs draw less power than regular bulbs, does the car think that a bulb is out since all the power isn't being used by a led strip that a regular bulb would use?

Will I again need a power resistor to keep the turn signals from "hyper flashing" as the LED's will draw far less current than the filaments did...

^^I just broke the glass on an old filament bulbs and used the base to wire my LED strips on both the 194 and 3157 sections...Worked like a charm

That's what I did too... But to slow down the flash rate, just get an electronic flasher unit... Will do the trick. I got mine from superbright led ...
