Well its about 8:00 and i want to wash my car before i go cruisin and a "meet" tonight. SOnce i dont have the 3 approximate hours i need to wash and Zaino it with 3-5 coats, Will last weeks 2 or 3 coats still be on there if i run it down with soap and water tonight? I really dont know because ive never taken my car out without having a good coat of wax on it, and am curious if it is ok and nothing will get imbedded in anything. Im paranoid like that <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> I must have car looking good for years to come <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

As long as you don't use dawn or some dishwashing detergent it should last. I use duragloss and it's still "zainoed" but after I wash and dry I always do a quick once over with Z6 <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Dawn will NOT remove Zaino. If you put 2-3 coats of Zaino on last week it will be on there for months, unless you use an abrasive or rubbing alcohol.

Even if dawn will NOT remove Zaino, I still wouldn't recommend using it to wash a car, as it's hard on the polish/wax. I'm still not convinced that dawn doesn't remove zaino and I don't think I'm going to test it. Maybe someday I'll do some trials to find out for sure, but not this week <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Yea, I will second that, Dawn does remove Zaino, I use it all the time when I am getting ready to claybar my car...normal washes with Z7, my car beads, as soon as I wash it with dawn, there is not a bead of water on the car...all big sections of water...
