Default Fuel Rail Covers

Iv heard that the fuel rail covers wont fit an f-body with the factory SLP Strut brace? Is that true? I just ordered some and now I might have to get a new STB...damn...

I know you have to make them fit the fuel lines..but didnt know about the brace.

I had no problems with them either. I stuck a pice of alum plate under each side to raise the bar just incase. I didn't need to after doing it. The pictures make them seem close, but they are not. Plus I D/D drive the Hawk

Afterthoughts Auto sells them finished or DIY >>>>>

You can also get a set at the dealership and do them yourself. The two fuel line models are P/Ns 12559261(LH) and 12556455(RH). But for a small amount more you can get a set cut and filled from Afterthoughts and just paint them yourself.

Here's mine, I have a BMR STB now and they clear with plenty of room.
