Found two but they are pretty expensive:

Also found some for a 00-02 Avalanche supposedly, not a fan of them but they look like they would mount the same as the Camaro ***** if anyone can find any other designs:

Question, will the camaro ***** fit on the firebird controls? I know the ***** look different, which I'm ok with, but will they fit?
