Detailers, I require assistance!

Yeah, lucky its not my car, she just bought a Lexus and I washed it for her today and found all that.
Will those bird **** etchings come out with goo gone or something?
They are really stubborn.
I'm a nub detailer, but I'm trying to piece together a list of stuff I'll need to get this looking acceptable using just my hands, I don't feel comfortable with a buffer on a black car.
If you are really serious about fixing the corrections, contact someone in the Texas area via the Texas forum on here and I'm sure someone would be able to help you.
By hand, you will not really be happy with the results but I would first use a clay bar. It should remove a lot of crap. Followed by a good polish and wax. I don't really see what else I can recommend when doing something by hand only.
Bah, thanks anyway guys, they're pretty smooth so I guess I won't be able to get them out myself...
Looks like I'll be seeking out professional help lol.
Thanks again!
Aside from that your gonna need a lot of beer and a personal masseuse!
I know, because I used to do it by hand and FWIW I picked up a cheap rotary buffer at Autozone with a foam pad for $70 and you cannot get the same results by hand.
