3rd Gen wheels fit on 4th gen?

Can I put some 3rd gen 15"'s on my 2001 TA without rubbing anything? I want to borrow my friends slicks for the track.

I doubt it, we have wider rears, they will stick out pretty far on our cars. If you can deal with that, then cool <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Dope<hr /></blockquote>But seriously, no the 3rd gen wheels will not fit on our cars. The 4th gen f-bodies require an offset around 50mm.

Yes, they will fit. I have personally done exactly what you want to do, but using 16" '91-'92 Z28 wheels with drag radials. The 15" will not clear the caliper though. But they will fit no problem, flush with the fender edge.
