Default Clean my dirty Chrome!

I just picked up some used TTII's and the chrome has some pretty annoying hard water spots.
I already washed them with Mother's car wash, they look better, but didn't remove the spots.
What is the best product to get them as close to looking "like new"?

They are polished not chrome. Use mothers polish and a powerball to get them like new.

To be honest I'm not sure what they are. The guy said chrome.

They are probably polished. I did a decent write up on restoring them at home here: http://www.lt1engine.com/tech/how-to...uminum-wheels/ I hope that helps.

That's a great write up and the only way your gonna get polished aluminum to shine like that. Here is a link to a metal polish that members have been trying to keep them looking good once your done. I ordered a bottle last night.

That's what I have found to work the best as well and purchased locally. Mothers has 2, make sure it is the "Mother's Billet". I have to try that Blingmaster for myself, just to see what it can do!

16's look smaller than 17's which are the more common sized wheel around here. The depth is what is throwing me off. It looks like the tires are 225's. I'm not knocking them, at all, to each their own. Kudos bro.

Yeah, I got these for a great price, the rears are about 2 inches deeper than the fronts. I didn't really care that they were 16's, they're TTII's!!!
205/55 on all four wheels, kind of small for my tastes though.

Mothers Billet is made for wheels like these. Using anything else will do 1. not work very well. 2. very possibly damage the finish.

Get Mothers Billet.
