I was thinking the same thing...

At least the car has some decent parts and has had reputable board sponsor do some of the work. I do agree that the 15K reserve is a bit much.

LOL at some of responses like , "its too late".

Really guys? Just peel of the stripes and sell the 'vette wheels and bad stereo equipment for decent rim/tire package.

I think you guys are crazy. It's unique. So the guy thought outside the box a little?

Would I drive it? No. But it certainly doesn't need "saving" by any means. I bet if that car was lowered, and had silver stripes instead of green, you all would be praising it.

Praising cause it looks like every other black Camaro on this forum with stripes then.

not really...that thing is ugly by every standard. when it all boils down, its still a cloth interior automatic.

If they would ditch the side stripes, go down to 18" rims with a good drop it would look pretty badass

Making this car look Great is as simple as Taking the decals off putting a stock HU in it and getting new wheels. Now it looks like any other Black SS and even has a what seems like a Strong motor. I do give the guy create for thinking outside the box as stated before.

The green is too bright, maybe a little darker and it would look good. Though the side stripes are a bit much.

The wheels, eh... no thanks. Though I would want something more unique than the typical TTM, TTII, C5, etc that is common on here. Nothing wrong with them, and they can look real good on these cars, but I'd want something different

Universal sub box needs to go IMO, but I'm not one for huge subs anyway.

No way I'd pay $15k for it though. Also, not a manual, I'd want a manual (I'm tired of auto lol).

Perfect for a drag car!
but its not one...and no one is gonna pay 15k+ for a drag car project

you can buy an ls1 car for 4-5k and crate an ls6 in it for another 5...and still have a nicer fbody than that thing

Honestly, I like it. Green on black like that can usually go really well. But personally the rims destroy the car. Swap em out and I don't think it'd look bad at all. The guy tried something different, some people like it, other people hate it.

It's because of responses like this that a lot of people don't bother showing some of the incredibly creative ideas they have. "Zomg it doesn't fit into MY standard of what I think awesome is so it must be RICE!" I friggin hate people that say crap like that. Do what YOU like and **** the rest.

Never said it was rice, please quote me on that!! Take a mans opinion away and he has nothing, sorry I give feedback regardless,, good or bad.

I hope you not insinuating that car had any creative ideas on it, else you dont need to be modding a car period. And if criticism stops people from posting things on the internet then maybe they need to grow a pair.

Wow, you guys think THAT is bad? I've seen a million f-bodys that looked wayyyy worse than that.

Yeah I wouldn't spend nearly that much on it, nor would I make my car look like that, but what's so awful? Oh no, a sub box, how hard is it to remove? The green on black looks ok IMO. The stripes I'm not a fan of but it's really not that bad. The rims, yes they're pretty ugly, but still, not the end of the world.
