Use ANY leaf blower, gas or electric, to blow the water out of the cracks, nooks, and major areas, then follow up with microfiber drying towel, waffle weave or chamois, done in less time too, also works great on engines too.

^i just did that exact process earlier today. i pulled the car in the garage once i was done washing it, and broke out the leaf blower. after about 5 minutes had almost all the water off, and then went over the car with a microfiber towel. easiest process to dry the car i've ever done.
