ZR1 detail with CF correction

Here's another ZR1 that came to my stable last week. Like every ZR1 I've seen and worked on, the CF parts were covered in swirls and buffer holograms from the factory. The rest of the car was very clean, considering it had only 337 miles on it lol. It still got the usual detail. Wash, Clay, and Zaino, but this got 2 coats

The CF bits are definitely tricky to work with, but after a couple hours, they came out 100% perfect

Great job on the carbon fiber. Man, those cars look better everytime i see one. Of course, I only have seen pics. I don't get to see them in person and play with them like you do

usually stuff is clean from the factory. its the moron at the dealership that works in the wash rack. dont ask me how i know. but seriously, i work at one.

Thats good yours arrive in good shape. At my dealer and the one that has me come out to do theirs, NOBODY touches the ZR1s but me. I see them before/during/after their PDIs to ensure proper care is taken. Unfortunately, this is the way all the ones I've seen are shipped. Too bad you're wash guys aren't very good. I've been retraining my guys and have built up their skill levels and they know how to wash a car PROPERLY now

I would be pissed if I just bought a ZR1 and it came from the factory looking like that. It looks like their cleaning the CF with a scrub pad.

oh my. that car. words can't describe its perfection. great work on it.

once i get my money back up i'll be making a trip over to you to get the Trans Am done. i sent you some messages about it a while back on norcal-lsx, but i dont really go on there too much and completely forgot about it. everytime i see the work you do i know that i need to bring my car there.

Yes, its usually the guys at the dealership that swirl the cars up. Doesn't matter if its a ZR1 or Aveo. They just want them "looking" clean. I have detailed a couple of them. GM did good, just wish I had one
