Difference Between Old and New Mecham Hood

im talking to someone about buying their mecham hood but how do i tell if its the old shitty one or the newer/better quality one?

The newer style is more pronounced. I personally love the old style. But as we know the quality just wasn't there.

The new one is definitely more aggressive, where the old one is a little more under the radar from a heads on view, but from anything else, just as radical. I like both, just depends on what you're looking for.

the newer one looks a lot better. it's more pronounced and matches the curves of the trans am better.

the new one has pronounced, higher and wider intake ports or "nostrils". Earlly style looks tons better. On the new one it looks like the nostrils just pop out of no where.
