AH where were these when I got my overlay??? I definitely would have gone with an entirely different color scheme if I had known I could change the needles as well. Nice product though, Im sure you will get a lot of orders.

How hard is this to do? I forsee pulling the needle then getting it on in the wrong spot and making the gauge not accurate anymore... at least, I know that's the problem I'd have

The white needle would glow the color of the LEDs behind it, right? So I theoretically could have white needles on my gauge, but then have glowing green needles when my lights are on?

Not hard at all. About 200 overlays sold now and 99.99% have done just fine..

Are the needles keyed, or how do you make sure to get them lined back up properly? I know my speedometer and tach like spinning around *****-nilly and the other gauges aren't too well behaved either.

Not really. They are $10 a needle plus shipping, packaging and paypal bringing it to the $69.99 price.

Look closely at the pics of how intricate the design has to be to work (down to the weight of the needle for balance). This things weren't cheap to get made at all.

A quick google shopping search on gauge needles (for other vehicles, there aren't any out there for our cars) will show you our price is the same for the cheapest and $30 less than average...

Given the fact that they have 6 months of R&D in these, and numerous trial runs, and how they have to be the perfect weight and balance to work right, the price is understandable. A lot more goes into stuff like this than you may think.

I'm wondering how that Edelbrock cluster has the speedometer needle sitting nicely at 0 with the lens off. Mine just hangs straight down without the lens.

We use different motors to calibrate the 200mph clusters... Hence the price
