Well, first off, Brian is a cool guy, and the hood looks great. He's way too harsh on himself as I think the hood looks great.
Here's how it sits tonight, just waiting to be installed:
That pic came out cool... all the light is coming from the garage door opener light from over top of the t/a on the lift, looked cool.
Here's some better lighting pics:
It looks really tall when you bend down and look at it at this angle, pretty badass.
I'm pleasantly surprised at how well the pewter matches the rest of the car. Ganted, the bumper and fenders are different than my factory hood to begin with due to different materials, but oh well, this is still going to look good.
I just need to get a hand tomorrow with removing the factory hood since it is quite a bit heavier than fiberglass considering it's metal.
Thanks again Brian (aka Fireball).

It wasn't my idea to go pin-on. It's actually a bolt on hood, but if you know anything about Fireball, he's running high 7s at close to 180mph. He added the pins to make sure the hood didn't come up at those high speeds since air gets in between the hood and headlight covers.
I think it looks good. At first I wasn't crazy about them, but they are growing on me. Hell, the mustang cobra supersnakes come with them from the factory, so it's not a race-car only thing.

Nice upgrade. If my car wouldn't have had the ws6 hood added before I bought it I would have definitely gone that route. By the way where did you get the lift for the garage and do you like it?

The lift is a ProPark 8s from www.gregsmithequipment.com
I got the hood someone fitted, but with only one bolt per side right now. Brian gave me 4 bolts, but one was different, so I need to stop at a hardware store tomorrow and pick up some more bolts to complete the bolt up. I'm sure it's going to need some adjustments, so I'm not worried about fitment right now.
