Um yeah, just as the title says, near the top of the rear windshield hatchback glass there is about 2 inches of bubbling across the entire width of the windshield. It's really annoying. I tried flattening it out with a spoon and such but it's just not working. Any suggestions? I was considering painting black paint right over the problem area but will painting over the tint be a bad idea?
Thanks guys!

Cut the tint away from the area where the dots are and paint it black. You'll never see it if you do the job right. Don't paint over the tint.

What kind of paint should I use? Any suggestions? I imagine something heat resistant since it will occasionally be sitting out in the sun...?

You should call up midwest window tinters, they are right by you...
They put a black vinyl piece where the bubbles are...it worked good and looks good... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
