The seat foam is the same, it's just the covers that are different. So yes you could use 97+ Covers on 97- cars.

that looks sick.
my car has the tan interior and i was thinking about redoing my seats with a tan/black houndstooth in the middle of the seats.

not sure if you can find this color combo. i searched EVERYWHERE and could not find a grey and black houndstooth combo, and even had Bruce at Hawks call everywhere he could think of and they couldn't find it either.

the door panels are too much, would look better in my opinion if they were black.
