Default Best Daily Driver Floor Mats?

I plan to get some premium floor mats for shows, but I want to protect the carpet for everyday use. Can anyone suggest some affordable floor mats that that have really performed well for you? I'll have them in an ebony interior if that matters. I really need 4 mats for DD use.

.....floor mats don't perform anything ... i think the word you were looking for is longevity. lloyd mats is a great company to purchase custom embroidered floor mats fitted to our fbodies, but its really all about how u take care of them ... i think ur fine with what ever mats u get, just kick out the dirt under your shoes prior to entering your car and vacuum the carpet frequently and you'll be fine =]

Get rubber mats, trust me on this. I have a gravel/muddy drive, this has saved my carpets from ruin.

Why don't you just clean up the ones you have, get a set of lloyd's, and only bust them out for car shows?

I think he plans on having a set of mats for show use only. I think what he wants is DD floor mats (probably not too expensive, I think) that clean easy, have great coverage (e.g. are large) and don't slide around and get caught under the pedals.

I would definitely recommend rubber mats. Make sure they have the spikes on the underside so they don't slide on you. As far as which ones, I cannot tell you a brand because I am not sure. I would be interested in them too though.
