Default Powder Coated Calipers and 12 Bolt Pics

I had to change the gears in my 12 Bolt so I decided to Blast and Powder Coat it while it was a part. While I was at it I went ahead and did my calipers as well. The rear is Matte Black. I was going to do my calipers in Wet Black but my buddies talked me into doing them Red instead....

I did the stuff myself. For the rear end, I have a pot blaster. It does a great job. For the calipers, I blasted them with aluminum oxide in my blast cabinet then smoothed them. The powder coating gun is a Mitsuba Corona.

They look really good, nice job! I like doing the abutement brackets a different color like silver, grey or black but it's just personal preference. Did you clear over the decal?

Yes I did clear over the decal. I thought about doing the bracket a different color but couldn't decide what color to go with.

Those are looking good. My car has the pewter/black theme, and I did my calipers red, it breaks the color nicely without standing out. No doubt it'll look good on yours. Props on the 12 bolt, it looks great
