I think the black chrome would be very unique. But I also think the Matte black will compliment your theme.

Well I just got back my corsa clone tips from my powder coater and they came out amazing

. Great texture, satin finish, and definitely something different. I only have my 2.0 megapixel camera to take pictures with, so excuse the shitty quality and I'll be sure to take better pics soon and definitely some on car shots as well.

Definitely go black chrome. matte black will give it a jalopy look.

But, back to the tips-- they came out great. i really do like them, and i think you convinced me to go that route on my next car.
