'Painting them' with a 'black-tinted-clear' has been done.
Instead of applying tint, which is hard to get to look good on the 'dot-matrix', most people spray black on that dot-matrix area first before applying tint.

But I'm a 't-top shade' user. I don't think I've ever driven mine without them in place.


I agree with a lot of the mod's mentioned above.
Some of them are pretty in-expensive.
Start with those, ..., cleaner is better sometimes, ...
Chrome wheels on black, In My Opinion, are better than black wheels.

they are actually a mirror acrylic I like them set it off differently. Next for small stuff is stripes then probably wheels. Trying to not splurge to much as I want to apply my money towards the 79 camaro I am building
