I'm just glad that I left the black/red theme when I still had a chance. I remember the day I decided I needed to change.....I was driving on the highway, when I pulled up to a light....two seconds later.. a black t/a came up right next to me. He rolled down his windows and said, "wow man your car looks exactly like mine, sweet red and black theme.."............yep, needed to never hear that again.

i put my vote on some sick matte black wheels too!!! i like the hp evo's on t/a never seen them in matte black wonder what they would look like???

I would have just painted them with 2000 degree black paint. Looks nearly identical for a fraction of the price... I don't know why but matte black parts look cheap to me, like somebody rattle-canned them, even when they didn't.

Looks great, but I would have left the inside of the tips chrome, so they were still noticable.

thanks, I mean in... if you saw them in person it's not hard to see at all. But I know what you're saying. you'll probably be one of those guys who will yell at me for going all black on wheels and not keeping the chrome lip. lol

Lol, I won't yell, but All black just isn't my taste, it really just depends on how you go at approaching the "blacked out" look, if it will look good to me.

Well I just put on my matte black stripes and IMO it ties in the tips better, I got these tips done in the intention that these stripes will match. Here's the thread
