how close is the charcoal metallic to the actual color?


should i do pin stripes,? solid? flagged? its for my som ws6

i just think color combos on SOM never look as good as a plain SOM colored car...just my opinion...

lol thx adam, exactly what i wanted to see..
and you to tick. might go with dark charcoal after all... wish they had dark charcoal gray metallic like my moms tahoe. i love that color

i cant seem to find that pic of the som blackbird on tt2s. there is like 3 ws6 on there a som, white and another, help??? lol

By all means Im not trying to discourage you, but Ive gone through 2 sets of stripes and they both bubbled on me Put then on in 70* weather the first time in the shade, and the second time on a nice warm 80* day and they still bubbled. My dad has been doing decals for years and he couldnt understand why we they did that. They looked GREAT for the first 2 days then caca.
I love BB stripes but my car just wasnt meant to have them

not blackbird stripes, but this should give you an idea on color. i LOVE the way this looks. and i'm pretty sure this car has the same rims as well. (both are the same car, just bad lighting on the second)

i agree on the subtleness of BB stripes...only way i would like the checkered flag kit is on a black car with matte/flat black stripes...that way it is still subtle

I'd go with the dark charcoal, it pretty close to the dark spiral gray, which is the color of the tahoe you mentioned

def go with the pin stripe BB. it looks much more tasteful than the anni stripes. and i think the dark stripes would go just fine on a SOM car, providing you have tinted windows.

lol i wont tint. my tt2s spokes are getting shot with dark charcoal and i am also going to do the CETA in that color
