Default Percy's Rear Hatch Tinting?

Does anyone know of a way to tint/paint this lexan window dark? Supposedly tint shops won't tint lexan b/c it will emit a gas which will cause the tint to bubble. They have RC spray tint. Any ideas or experience?

Bump for you. I don't see how it could emit gases year after year but who knows. How much weight did you save?

I don't think it'll help now but don't they sell tinted lexan windows?

No Percy doesn't make a tinted hatch. It saves about 40 lbs.

You might be able to have a good car paint shop tint it with a candy black and UV resistant clearcoat... I think it'd absorb heat more than deflect it though.
