Just a quick question for those that have installed a set on their hoods.

I'm looking into getting a WS6 hood that is missing its front latch area (broken in accident, hood is otherwise great and repairable, just won't replace the latch area).

So I want to utilize the locking aerolatch pins (flush looking and not as eye catching or insecure as regular pins). I'd just use a pair for the front and use the hood struts and oem location since the rest of the hood is fine.

Anybody have these installed and have pics of where you mounted it on the hood and where the hardpoints you placed the pins?

I'd greatly appreciate it.

I mounted the pins a few inches to the sides of the radiator support in the crossmember. No pics, sorry. You just have to find as flat a surface as possible on the hood to mount them, then place the pins.

Cool, thanks. Anybody have shots of theirs installed? Just wanted a visual, I'm going with them anyway and would like to show them to my dad as he'll be helping me with the body stuff.
