How to remove side mouldings?

I removed mine , cleaned it all up. Got to the other side just to find out the car was painted. Had to put them back on.

That happened to me. I just got that area repainted, and blended. Didn't cost very much at all.

I'm not too worried about that, my car hasn't been painted. And does anyone have any finished pictures?
