I'm pretty sure that's a stock T/A high rise hatch. they just unbolted the stock t/a spoiler and bolted that in its place. you can see a gap between the spoiler and the deck lid. it's not moulded like the low rise firebird one.

how do you know he didn't change the hatch?
If that spoiler slipped over the stock V6/Formula spoiler, why did none of the Formula Firehawks have it? It was only available on the T/A and i'm pretty sure that is because its a bolt on replacement for the T/A high rise hatch.
