Not sure suicide doors are the answer, I have the same problem, only its due to a screwed up knee & back. I have been considering getting a swing out bar for that side, or having a new bar fabbed up that dips even lower. Sorry this isn't to helpful, interested in hearing others take on this though.

I've only ever seen 1 4th gen with suicides.. as far as a kit, I do not believe there is one specifically for our doors. The roundness of the doors makes the kits null and void, so pretty much everything has to be fabbed.

i heard the lambo kits add a crap load of weight. and if you have a cage i'm guessing you race in one form or the other.

Wow I knew there would be ignorant hate in this post.

If u read look @ the posts @ the top of the page, it's for easer enter/exit of his car.
As far as looks ...... I'd bet my paycheck u can't tell 95% of the time he has them installed. And no matter how bad ur opionion would be on the looks, it would still be better than gettin on YouTube for " lol fat guy takes 10 mins to enter/exit camaro". And weight ??? Do u know what they are ? There hinges and would not weight alot more than the hinges you REMOVE lol. He was just lookin for some suggestions. McNord had a great one he may not have been aware of. Goodluck /w ur cages guys

I don't know... I'm not against suicide doors at all HOWEVER I'm not sure you can do them on a Camaro without having to cut up the front fender.

I know for lambo's the mirror hits the fender, I think it MIGHT do the same thing with suicide...

It might not though, it might just clear...

There is a turbo LT1 car around here that was used as the mock up for the original fbod lambo door setup back in the 90's. They definitely make a kit, and his open about half way normally and you can turn them up any point in that axis so you get the benefit of both.

Would I do it? No way! I'd just do swingouts on the door bars, much better option.

swing out bar would be the better option. however it still takes skill getting in and out of the car with out tripping on the hinge and falling on your face lol.
