He sent me a "NASCAR" plate to put in the hole (looked conspicuous since Florida has no front plate law).
I saw that car run at Houston Raceway Park in 1999 during one of my annual trips to Katy. Glad to see the beast is still alive!
That's the car...

Looks great Levi. Now lets see some interior and engine bay pics. Show us that 346ci LS1.

Thanks for all the compliments, fellas. The engine bay looks like any other 346ci LS1 . I got some pics of the interior but my friggin' digital camera does NOT capture the true blue of the car's interior. My camera keeps making it lighter.

Anyway, here are a few pictures:

ewwww neon blue interior!!

lol jk... that interior looks very nice actually (imagining it a little darker). Very clean.

What's up with your camera? It's making everything look blue... like the windshield in that first pic? What kind of camera is it?

Well, the rest of it looks blue b/c I was trying to darken it in Adobe PS. The blue is close but not quite the real blue.

That car is still sinister looking. Maybe you could get the same pose with a nicer background, so I can have a new wallpaper

Here is a retouched color image of the interior. I matched the Pacific Blue to the Katzkin catalog I have here.

The silver bird decal was removed a long time ago, just thought the car looked meaner in all dark trim.

Thanks, Teri

BTW, I just stripped the body side molding off. It looks MUCH better.

I think I'm gonna pull the "Formula" badges off too for a clean look. What do ya'll think?

Levi-

This one circumstance where it's nice to have a short stick. I wish I could have a short throw shifter. The t-56 in the '03 Cobras are so friggin' far away it's impossible to reach with a short through. The fbodies gearshifter is positioned so nicely.

...and thanks for the interior pics. Very nice. Of course I hate you for it, but they're still very nice.

Unit-

Thanks for the props . Both cars have their pros and cons. I love your Cobra man. It's killer. If I didn't have my Formula I'd have an '03 Cobra. Once I start residency I'm saving up for my dream car, Ruf 911 TT Porsche.

I always hated the body side molding, but as long as the car was parked in an apartment complex I wouldn't dare remove them. I managed to keep that car very door-ding free for an amazing 4 years. Pull off those Formula badges and get some silver "Formula" overlay decals that fit on top of them, that would look pretty slick.

Otherwise people will think you have one pimpin' V6 firebird. Which could be fun too, haha
