Thanks! Theres no tellin, I've seen a lot of NBM formulas around (probably a majority of the ones built! LOL). I'm surprised you haven't. Though mine is usually at home, work, or campus hah.

Anyone else with an opinion of the duals exiting in front of the rear wheels with current tips at a 45 degree angle? I want to avoid dumps because there will be a baby in the car occasionally and I don't think the interior resonance from dumps would be good for his ears, but if I have no other choice Ill have to make them work.

As far as the pictures themselves are concerned I'd say only ever shoot in manual mode. Using automatic on a DSLR is pointless. Some of your shots scream "automatic" to me. They are nice shots....but could be much nicer when you learn how to use everything your awesome new camera has to offer.

Ouch, havent used auto since the day I bought the camera. I never even shot in auto with my old point and shoot lol. All of these were taken in full manual with 100-200 ISO with varying aperature but mostly around 5, and using shutter speed to adjust for lighting. I also shot them all in RAW with some minor post processing. Any advice then on how to keep them from getting an "auto" look as you say? I do see which ones you may be referring to though.

I didn't mean to offend. If you were in full manual than you took some very nice a pictures. A few of them seemed very auto focused. I guess I'm just used to more stylized photos. The shots you took just seemed very reminiscent of the first pictures I took with my Canon SLR using auto everything. I'm no expert....so don't even take anything I say too seriously. You asked for opinions and so I gave mine.

Not bad pictures, I'd assume you're in auto mode still? I just got a D3000 for christmas, it's an amazing beginner SLR camera. What lense are you using?

ahhh its killing me listening to you guys. im waiting to get my DSLR now. i was originally looking at the D3000, then i started looking at the D5000 because, and now im deciding between the D90 and the Canon 50D or 40D. figure i'll start with something that i'll be good with for a while. should be getting one or the other within the next few weeks. I'm pretty set on the D90 though, along with an 11-16mm 2.8, 17-70 f/2.8-4, and a 70-300 f/4, and a 35 or 50mm 1.8

As soon as my car sells... cant wait!

OP. car looks great man, i LOVE that color. and enjoy your camera, have fun with it

Same here, the car will look even better with a set of rims once you decide on a set and get your exhaust deal figured out. The whole baby riding in the back is the only thing stopping me from just dumping my exhaust too.

Thanks again everyone.
Enderss, no offense, just wanted to know for improvement. They were auto focsed, as it was doing all I needed lol
.camaro396, that looks great, just some minor editing with the viewnx that came with the camera and touchups in gimp.
As for the lens I'm using it is the stock 18-55 f3.5
