hilariousness, since this thread has been up, 2 more threads have been started about whether or not, or what color to do their berger.

this is the reason this damn mod seems SO over done., because every needs to make a thread about it.

I have mirror finished inserts in mine:

I like the berger mod and would do it to my car. I think if the owner does a good job with the rest of the car's appearance they look really good. I mean like it was said before our cars are pretty old and it is hard to think of something that hasn't been done. I mean it's a cheap mod that looks good. It might be over done on the forum but I have only seen a hand full of them in real life.

Looks good either way IMO, it's all personal preference. I did mine about 5 years ago and I still really like the look of it especially with the Red/Black theme on my car.

"IF" I ever did do a Berger type mod , it would be more along the lines of these chops I did . Flows so much better . But , it wouldnt jus be an easy repaint as you'd have to create a thin groove so the black part looks like a panel and not just something that was taped off and sprayed .

lol u noticed that too? it's so obvious that these ppl don't look at the appearance section before they post. there are like 4-5 berger threads on the 1st page alone.

I like your idea! Try a chop where the panel looks black from taillight to taillight!

quick pic, but you get the idea...since this was taken I got some tails that are not warped and blacked out the amber section, and put black vinyl on the dot matrix. All emblems from dragonz28...
