Sell me on the freedom design or RK sport spoiler

Of the two, I prefer the RK. I have always been partial to a different spoiler for these cars though. I don't remember who makes it, but it was like a SS except the lip was higher. I thought it was GMS, but I just checked their site and didn't find it. Sorta like the Mecham spoiler as well. I haven't seen it in a while.

the wing would look ok by itself with no big *** hood on it. samething with the hood.. big hood, no wing, slicks and skinnies.... but umm yea the wing wouldnt look bad with your average 17'' or 18'' wheels with only the wing on it and car lowered.

honestly i like the look of the freedom spoiler!!! a majority of this site loves the SS spoiler which definitely gives the car a clean sleek look, but the freedom spoiler looks mean. i had a white fbody pass me awhile back with the freedom spoiler and it look intimidating.

I looked at it this way. The 3 piece requires you to drill into stock deck lid spoiler & the rear quarter panels If I remember correctly.
The Freedom design does require drilling in the stock deck lid spoiler. Since 6LE didn't like the spoiler he gave me a great deal and sold it to me with his stock spoiler. So if I ever change my mind I can always grab my original spoiler and put it back on.
If someone were to change their mind on the 3 piece you'd have holes in the quarter panels to fill.
With that in mind..the Freedom design appealed to me more. I'm sure if you don't want to drill into the stock deck lid spoiler you could find one pretty easily in the junk yard and keep your original one in case you change your mind later on down the road.
