I really like them, but how do you keep them from not rusting? Can they be chrome plated? How much for Chrome?

Aluminum doesn't rust. That's why I polish the calipers. But the brackets must be coated, whether it be powder coated, painted, or chromed.

Scott,

Didn't know that they were aluminum... If I send you a set (everything), how much to get them chrome plated?

PM me if you want...

The polishing holds up extremely well. Just an occasion polish (left often than you would your wheels) is sufficient. The ultra smooth finish repels dirt/grime. It's actually pretty remarkeable how clean they stay, just wash them off when you clean the car.

I won't chrome the calipers... I don't like to chrome aluminum... once it starts to flake and it probably will, it's hard not to ruin the part to get the plating off because the plating is harder than the aluminum. The polished looks just as good and can be refinished time and again if it gets nicked etc.
