I'm sorry.. I forgot you had a TA OP... Forget what I said about the bulb number..
The fog # is 880.. Get 35Watt to keep the heat down so you are less likely to melt the housing.
For the head lamps you will need to go here... http://eurolamps.com/eurolamps/camaro_headlights.htm
YOu need the 4703 for lows (if you want highs you will also need to order 4701)... The bulbs that go in these are H7... So then you go to DDM tuning..

You can spend an extra 20$ and get he slim ballasts or save 20$ and get the regular.. You will have PLENTY of room to mount the regular ballasts (wish I would have went with regular and saved the cash). There is NO other difference in the kits except the size of the ballasts, NOTHING else.
Hope that made it clear enough.. Also... If you get the DDM kit for the lows (I recommend fogs as well) you will NOT have to cut ANYTHING.. With some of the ebay kits you have to cut your old connector off you wires (meaning you can't go back to stock). The DDM kit sends you adapters so you don't have to do this.
DDM tuning also gives you a life time warranty on all parts.

Looking at the pics from their site regarding the $30 kit, I don't see relays.
So to me it's worth it, seems better built too.

Quality/effectiveness/etc there is absolutely zero difference between the regular and slim ballasts. Call DDMtuning their self and ask, I did. Some cars have to have slim ballasts because they don't have enough room to mount the ballasts.. On our cars (camaro and firebirds) we have more than enough room to mount 6 regular ballasts down in there without anyone ever seeing them.
*ALL* of DDMs items are excellent, along with customer service and warranties.

Relays are built into the ballasts from what I know.. On the slim ballasts you have an extra smaller box that is connected to the ballasts.. I would say about 3-4 inches long and about 1 inch square.
