I've been kicking the idea of a Formula/V6 ducktail style spoiler for a while now. The Iroc spoiler has been my key sight. And the fact that you cant change spoilers on a V6 or Formula, why not make an add on top piece. I was planning on covering the flat area on the back of the Formula hatch but NOT go all the way to the front of it. My ideal spoiler would extend out the rear of the car at the same angle as the hatch as well as extend the sides to the edge of the hatch or just less...following the curve sky-ward on the top of the hatch to give an overall rise of 3-4 inches. Maybe include an attached filler for the stock CHMSL and incorporating the Iroc's LED stip. Since we have a Trans Am spoiler, an Iroc Spoiler, I'd call mine a MotoX Spoiler. I'll one-off it one of these years unless I can turn a profit or profitable sponsorship off it (which would hurry it along quite a bit). Good luck with yours. I recommend making a full-scale model out of pink foam insulation. Stick it to the top of the hatch and carve it down to shape with knives and rasps. Good luck!

Oh yeah, if someone sends me an Iroc spoiler with 3 or more people with $$ in hand to buy, I'll replicate it all BUT the LED strip. I'd make it out of woven fiberglass sheets thick enough not to flex or anything. Just throwin that out there since I WANT AN IROC REPLICA!!! LOL

Replicating something isnt too difficult. I just need an original to make a mold from. I'd REALLY hate to have to design one from scratch when they already exist. If I tried to make a copy, that's all it'd be...wouldn't be the same. Close but just not. As it is I plan on going ground-up on a Firebird/Formula add-on spoiler.

OK, what the O.P. and I seem to BOTH have in mind is an add-on spoiler piece for the Firebird/Formula cars which would make it higher, wider and more agressive and resembling the IROC spoiler. I say resembling the Iroc Spoiler because we're NOT talking about swapping hatches and hunting high and low to locate an Iroc Spoiler.

if you mix yours and the WW spoiler i think your on to something. IMO yours stands too straight and the WW is too flat.
