Default Fog light switch (bulb)

Is this able to be changed? I want to swap the light from an orange bulb to a red one if possible. I thought I would be able to remove the little plate that covers it and get behind it but apparently its not supposed to come off Luckily it snapped back in to place ok.

I am assuming you can get to it from the same area in which you change the flasher unit under the steering wheel? Or do I need to remove the dash to do it(I wont remove the dash just to change that bulb of course). Furthermore, is it a bulb? Can I just get a red LED for it?

Thanks!

I swapped mine for red leds and its a big improvement IMO. You have to solder them in. 2 leds per switch I believe

the transparent plastic is whats orange. Idk if you can change that. Perhaps just find some transparent red paint and paint the little hole. Catch my drift? led would probably work too

Now where can this be reached IF there is a bulb or to remove it? Under the kick panel where the flasher units go?
