Im getting a harness because my car has a problem with the 35w HID kit i have in my headlights, so for me i will have 2 harnesses, one for the headlights and one for the foglights. Its not a requirement, but especially if your running more than one HID setup, i think its recommended.

Are you guys' low beams brighter than your highs with these? I was just wondering, i knew the high beam HID's take too long to heat up, so even with a good halogen bulb are the highs basically the dims?

I didn't need to reverse the polarity on my fogs. Just my lows. You'll pretty much know right away though... I also didn't paint anything inside them. plug and play

same here. We'll see, but I don't think it's a sale price, it's the new regular price. Check home page notice.

I could be mistaken though.

Hmm interesting. Either way I think it's totally worth it now. Sucks I don't have projectors but it will still be a step above halogen lights.

Angry

guys i need help... i bought a 35w, 6000k, xentec hid kit from ebay, its not the slim balast but the regular, the headlights look good and are fine but the fogs are questionable, i bought the 808 size bulb and i noticed alot of people are sayin something about 880? the 808 fits fine, but idk if the other is better also one foglight bulb looks a diff color, you can see from the pic that it is a diff color when it is reflected on the ground?? why would it be doing this? Is one a diff temp? something up with the housing? It frustrates me to have them all look good except that one... take a look at the pics, didnt mean to high jack thread.... just frustrated

the one on the left (passenger side fog) is the one that does NOT match the rest

seems like they gave you two different Kelvin rating bulbs.

Contact the seller, hopefully they'll help you out.

Yeah looks like you got a 5000k bulb by accident. Contact the seller about it.

I cant wait to get my 880s in...DDm tuning has been great. My buddy bought a porsche and wanted to get HIDs so he ordered some for $200+!!!! I laughed and told him he could get them for $39.99 from DDM tuning...he didn't believe me and told me that if I could he'd buy my set. Well...he's got some now and so do I!

Any step by step for the harness? I got it and am looking for where and how to wire since it didn't come with instructions. I think the red wire with inline fuse goes to the battery block on the right of the engine and the other ground to somewhere of my choosing on the frame. I would then need to reverse all the connections to the ballast and out to the bulbs correct? The red connector isn't quite large enough to fit over the post so I will either replace or widen the hole. Is this pretty much the way everyone has been doing it?
