www.qualitylasercrafts.com I don't think they make it anymore. You will have to call them.

Justin,
I am torn between the 5.0 and the ripper myself. I have no problem with my factory Hurst but I feel there can be an improvement. I never have driven another t56 with either a ripper or 5.0. Is there a huge improvement? I really like the Cobra shifter too. I am having MBA make me a custom aluminum **** but I want the Cobra one also. Let me know how many you want. Like I said I will not be buying these for profit at all. At my price, they are much more reasonable.

I called my Ford store to order some and the parts manager got on the phone and changed the price for me. NOW its $43.95 my cost, and they list for $66.00. I told him I saw it on www.fordpartsnetwork.com for $56.00, and he said "my computer shows it at $66.00". I told him that I was quote just last week for $27 and some change, he told me that was below his cost for them and thats impossible. Well either way, I think he knows I was going to buy these and give them out for what I pay for them; of course he would rather make his mark-up on them. Sorry guys looks like a no-go for me. I tried!

just fyi, this will not work correct w/ the factory shifter.

It hits in 2, 4, and 6. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />

you can mount it backwards, but then its a long reach to the 5 and R gears.

also, im going to buy a 00R shift ****. as well as the 03 ****.

Ryan <-- going to buy a pro 5.0 base shortly.

Jsears,

Would you mind posting a pic of your aluminum (or OEM) interior? If you think it would lead the topic out of the subject please send me a private message with some photos. great shifter too.

The handles are somewhere around $30 or so.

The ***** are $57 at FPN or maybe cheaper if you have a ford part hookup.

Man, I just have a Hurst white ball shifter. I love that classic muscle car look. It's a PITA if you install it with the locating not, but some good Loctie will hold that pupy in place much better. Hell I don't even think I can get mine off!

Sorry to bring this back from the dead but was wondering if somebody knew where you could get the pro 5.0 short stick. Will it work with the factory hurst shifter? I found a good deal on a 03 cobra **** so I need to see if this will work. Thanks alot.
