Wiring halo's (2002) to a switch....

Wiring halo's (2002) to a switch.... I did a quick search, didn't really come up with a good answer. But I suck at search too.... 
Anyways, what type of power supply is needed to safely run the halos?
Planning on running a separate switch in the cab of the car for just the halos. What size fuse if I run straight off the battery??
Or what interior power supply would work well to supply proper voltage/power to run them correctly?
Also, the halo wiring kit comes with two red wires on each one. One ground and one hot I assume?? Does it matter as long as they are matched from one side to the other??
They are the EBay lenses.

you are correct 1 is ground and 1 is hot.
just get a ground and run the power from the stereo or from somewhere where its getting power.
you can only plug them in one way. not hard at all man. basictly like hid's if they dont work plugged in one way swap the wires around and it will work.

My halos were the same way. (two red wires) Either it doesn't matter or I got both right the first time. As far as the power for them I ran mine off the parking lights but If you want a switch just use the cig lighter wires.

ZL1LT1...I can handle wiring without a problem, just wasn't sure what amount of power the source would require to run them. Likely going to use the lighter.
